Abhipsa Tripathy is an accomplished Executive Director – Operations, Administration and Learning & Development, with a strong record of shaping and delivering workforce capability, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness initiatives within complex, high-accountability environments. With deep expertise in building integrated frameworks for leadership, succession, and talent development, Abhipsa consistently translates strategic intent into practical, measurable outcomes that strengthen organisational performance.

Mr. Ankit Seth is a seasoned Executive Director – Project Delivery at Abhipsa Construction, bringing over 15 years of diverse corporate experience across engineering, sales, marketing, branding, and large-scale project execution. An engineering graduate from Amity University, he combines strong technical acumen with commercial insight gained from delivering high-value sales and strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 organisations, including Avon, before transitioning into infrastructure and construction leadership.

Since joining Abhipsa Construction in 2017, Mr. Seth has played a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation’s project delivery capability across national highway and infrastructure portfolios. His strategic leadership, coupled with exceptional liaison and cross-functional collaboration skills, has enabled seamless coordination with clients, consultants, government authorities, contractors, and internal teams. These capabilities have directly contributed to consistent project performance, with over 90% of projects delivered within stipulated timelines, while maintaining quality, safety, and cost discipline.

As Executive Director – Project Delivery, Mr. Seth is responsible for end-to-end ownership of project execution, encompassing planning, mobilisation, resource optimisation, and performance governance. His role includes setting delivery strategy, establishing robust project controls, driving adherence to schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and quality standards. He provides executive oversight across multiple projects, leads senior project managers and site teams, and ensures alignment between operational delivery and organisational objectives.

Mr. Seth is widely recognised for his ability to integrate strategic thinking with on-ground execution. His background in sales and branding strengthens stakeholder engagement and client confidence, while his operational focus ensures timely decision-making and issue resolution. Abhishek Tripathy is a dynamic infrastructure professional and Executive Director – Strategy & Growth at Abhipsa Construction, combining strong technical foundations with forward-looking strategic leadership. A Civil Engineering graduate from KIIT University and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management at Washington University, he brings a blend of academic rigour, global exposure, and hands-on execution experience to the organisation.

Since joining Abhipsa Construction in 2018, Abhishek has demonstrated consistent leadership growth, evolving from core project roles into a strategic leadership position critical to the company’s execution and expansion agenda. He is widely recognised for his expertise in process design, standardisation, and implementation, driving structured systems that improve predictability, efficiency, and governance across projects. His initiatives have contributed to 20–25% improvements in operational efficiency, enhanced cross-project visibility, and stronger control over timelines and costs.

In his current role, Abhishek plays a pivotal role in project execution strategy, aligning planning, engineering, procurement, and site operations through well-defined frameworks and performance metrics. His leadership style is data-driven and collaborative, enabling delivery teams to achieve over 90% adherence to planned schedules and measurable reductions in rework, delays, and decision-cycle time. He actively partners with project directors and site leaders to resolve execution challenges, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
