Mr. Subash Chandra Tripathy is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Abhipsa Construction Pvt. Ltd., and the visionary force behind one of India’s steadily growing infrastructure companies. With over 25 years of prior corporate experience across diverse sectors, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1997, founding Abhipsa Construction with modest capital and an unwavering belief in discipline, integrity, and knowledge-led leadership.

A highly accomplished intellectual, Mr. Tripathy holds the rare distinction of being CA, CS, ICWAI, and MBA qualified, reflecting his deep commitment to learning and professional excellence. He firmly believes that knowledge is the guiding light to wisdom, a philosophy that not only shaped his leadership style but also inspired him to encourage his children to pursue their own aspirations with independence and purpose.

Starting with small-scale projects in North India, Mr. Tripathy methodically built Abhipsa Construction through perseverance, ethical governance, and strategic foresight. Under his leadership, the organisation has grown from a ₹ few-lakh initial capital base to achieving a turnover of ₹100 Crore by 2025, establishing a strong presence in national highway and infrastructure development across India. His journey reflects a rare blend of grit, wit, timely opportunity, and principled decision-making, enabling sustained growth across economic and industry cycles.

Mr. Tripathy’s leadership is deeply rooted in strong ethics, transparency, and values-driven execution.
